Bigger, Stronger, Faster

Bigger, Stronger, Faster. Three words that should mean everything to most competitive high school athletes. Regardless of your body type or size, experience or ability, you can always work towards maximizing your full potential by investing in these three categories.

In football, the most dominant teams win because they are persistent in their preparation, and take control when size, speed, and strength is considered. But what it takes to get there is simply determined by the hard work, discipline, and coach-ability presented by these athletes before the season even begins.

“Train to physically dominate opponents.” - Scott Cochran, Alabama Football Strength & Conditioning

Alabama football, one of the most prestigious college programs in the country, uses the philosophy of “Train to dominate” within their strength & conditioning program. We’ll use the same philosophy in order to establish a culture of winning within our football program.

To become a dominant team, we must first do what it takes as an individual to succeed. This includes a 100% commitment to the weight room, summer conditioning workouts, and developing a sense of urgency to get better, day in and day out.
